To the Brighton Carnival 2008


Brighton Carnival 08 took place on Sunday 13 July and was a fantastic day of colourful and musical celebrations!  Over 15,000 people came to enjoy the parade.

A massive thank you and congratulations to everyone who took part - from the dedicated artists who led workshops; those who sewed costumed into the small hours, who played samba, steel pan, spun soca records and MC'd, who danced in costume; those who volunteered behind the scenes, who shook a bucket, drove a van, put up a yurt, organised afterparties and to everyone who sponsored and supported Brighton Carnival 08.
